Checkbox for 'sell on web' is not displaying on my Epos Now back office

You need to log in to your back office, go to manage and click product list.

From there, you should see a toolbar at the top of the product list where there is a tick box for ‘show webstore details’. Make sure this is ticked so that the individual items can be offered for sell on web.

If you still cannot see an option for sell on web then please contact Epos directly to make sure this is applied properly to your till.
