This guide will show you how to close your zero balance web orders that have been completed.
How to close Web Orders on your Till:
- Select
to open the menu on the till (in the top left-hand cover of the screen)
- Select 'Admin'
- Select 'Close Till'
- In the 'Checklist' section of the screen, you will see a warning that you have 'zero balance web orders' that are still open.
- Select 'Close' on your zero balance web orders
- A popup message will appear, select 'CLOSE ORDERS'
- You may have to repeat this a few times if you have a lot of orders still open.
- Then you can continue with your normal end-of-day till closure process.
