      How can I claim Gift Aid on donations received on Yoello Pay?

      We allow customers to enter their details for gift aid after they've donated. These details entered will allow you to claim for Gift Aid and receive an extra 25% on top of the donation.

      Yoello only facilitates the collection of Gift Aid required information, so then the Charity can submit a gift aid return to HMRC using the details submitted by the customer (donation amount, name, address, etc).

       

      How can I download a report on received donations / gift aid info?

      1. Go to https://app.yoello.com/account/payment-history
      2. Click 'Export' at the bottom of the page
      3. Input the required date range
      4. Click 'Export'
