We allow customers to enter their details for gift aid after they've donated. These details entered will allow you to claim for Gift Aid and receive an extra 25% on top of the donation.
Yoello only facilitates the collection of Gift Aid required information, so then the Charity can submit a gift aid return to HMRC using the details submitted by the customer (donation amount, name, address, etc).
How can I download a report on received donations / gift aid info?
- Go to https://app.yoello.com/account/payment-history
- Click 'Export' at the bottom of the page
- Input the required date range
- Click 'Export'
