What is a Data Deletion Request?
Under GDPR, individuals have the right to request the deletion of their personal data from our systems. The right to get your data deleted is also known as the ‘right to erasure’.
How to Submit a Data Deletion Request
The right to get your data deleted is also known as the ‘right to erasure’. You can ask us to delete any personal data that we hold about you by emailing us at privacy@yoello.com
In your email please tell us the mobile phone number and email address that you used to register with Yoello (we need this to find your account).
When we receive your email we will remove your data from our application.
What happens after I make a request?
After your request, we will:
- Acknowledge your request and submit it to the Data Deletion Team.
- Delete your personal data from our records within 30 days.
- Notify you once the deletion is complete.
