Epos Now: Why are my orders not showing on my end-of-day till closure?

Yoello sends through orders to the Epos Now Till as a completed transaction, so there is nothing required to cash off on the till.

Epos Now tracks all Yoello sales to the Back Office automatically. To allow the till to track your day-to-day Yoello sales in your End of Day reports, simply assign a primary device using the steps below:

  1. Go to the Epos Now Back Office
  2. Go to Setup
  3. Click into Company > Company Details
  4. Scroll down to Primary Device
  5. Select a till from the drop-down
  6. Click Save

If you do not set a Primary Device, the Online Orders will still be recorded in your Back Office, but you will not be able to see them at the end of the day in the Close Till functionality.
