How can I set up a Service Fee?

To set up a service fee, which is a fee charged to your customers for using the Order & Pay service, you can do this on your settings tab.

Within the Settings tab on the Merchant Dashboard, you can update the Service Fee to charge your customers in the Venue Settings section. 

Within Venue Fees, you have the ability to charge your customers a set service fee in 2 ways. You can set a fixed monetary fee (e.g. 50p), or/and you can set a percentage fee, where you can charge them a percentage of the customers order value, so for example, a fee of 2%.
