Steps to take if you, as a customer, encounter an issue with your order from a venue.

  • I Have ordered from a restaurant but I haven't received my order
  • I placed an order but there were no delivery drivers available 
  • My order was incorrect 

What to do in these scenarios:

Please be aware that Yoello is not authorized to process or approve refund requests. All refund inquiries and requests must be directed to the restaurant or venue from which you made your purchase. They are the only entity that can authorize and process refunds.

To ensure your request is handled promptly and efficiently, we strongly encourage you to contact the restaurant directly. There are no alternative methods for obtaining a refund other than through direct communication with the venue.

When contacting the venue, please include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and the contact details (email or phone number) you used during the order process.

Should you find yourself in a situation where you have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the venue and can substantiate these efforts, we invite you to bring this to our attention. Under such circumstances, we will undertake a thorough review of your case, considering the possibility of extenuating factors, and will determine the processing of your refund.
