Why can’t customers place orders towards the end of the day?
Your preparation time will dictate the latest time that orders can be placed.
For example, if you set the preparation time to 30 minutes and close at 5pm, customers will not be able to place orders past 4.30 to allow for this preparation time.
You can easily change this during service by heading to Order Settings on your dashboard.
