Why is my venue showing as closed?

First, check that your venue is 'enabled' by going to 'venue settings' and making sure 'venue visibility' is toggled 'on'

Then head to 'trading times' and make sure you’ve added in your correct open times for each day.

To enable Pre-ordering, please go to Settings > Order Settings > General > Scroll down to Pre-order Settings > Click enable > Click "Update Pre-Order Settings"

Pre-ordering allows for you to place orders for collection ahead of the opening time.

Please Note: When setting up pre-ordering you're unable to do it for days in advance. However, you can set up pre-ordering for same day ordering.
