Epos Now: Why are some areas ‘greyed out’ on my dashboard?

If you are an EPOS Now customer, there are some details that must be changed from your till as opposed to the Yoello dashboard.


For menu items:

  • Product name, category and price must be changed from your EPOS Now till and will update on the Yoello dashboard when you re-sync your menu.

You can edit the description and add allergens, images and abv from your Yoello dashboard.



  • Epos Now customers cannot access the preferences tab, as Yoello preferences are not possible to show on the Epos Now till's order or receipt.
  • Instead, set up preferences as £0 price extras (multiple choice products) and resync your menu to pull these through.
